Payment Terms:
We only accept orders from UK based business customers, for delivery to UK mainland.
All orders are held until payment is received cleared, or authorised for release by our credit card processing agents. BrotherPrinterDiscounts.co.uk is a trading division of ODM (UK) Ltd, and payments processing is performed by that parent company’s merchant services provider.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Rest assured your personal, business and payment details are completely secure and safe and will not be given to ANYONE else for ANY reason unless ordered to do so by UK Authorities.
We will despatch your order promptly and make the whole process as simple for you as possible.
We have many thousands of satisfied customers and many of them have written to us to say how delighted they are with the products and our customer service. We want to make sure that YOU are added to that list.
Delivery terms:
Standard delivery charge is £7.90 plus VAT per order, but is free for all single orders with a value exceeding £99.00 excluding any VAT, for delivery to mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands.
Delivery is typically within 5 business days. Deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands, please contact us for pricing details.
Delivery will be either our own transport, or the ParcelForce courier service. All goods must be signed for on receipt at ground-floor level at the exact delivery address and will not be left with a third party under any circumstances.
We really make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time as promised. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries are delayed we cannot take responsibility for any consequential losses.
Returns and Refunds: (Statutory Rights Not Affected)
When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. If you do not receive the refund amount within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalised pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs).

We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item’s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we’ll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. Where you are returning an entire order, we’ll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
